Pre-planning will enable us to enhance your learning experience and maximize your enjoyment. Conference Registration Fee includes:
Membership Registration for International Society for Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (IS-SOTL) If you attend the inaugural conference and pay the conference registration fee, your membership in the International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning is complimentary. You do not need to pay an additional fee to join. If you wish to attend the conference, but do not want to join the Society, you may do so by completing the appropriate section of the on-line registration form. If you are unable to attend the Conference, but wish to become a member of the Society, you may do so by paying a membership fee of $50.00 (professional membership) or $25.00 (student membership). Workshops are scheduled on Thursday afternoon, October 21st prior to the official opening of the conference. A series of workshops will be scheduled from 1:30pm to 3:00pm and from 3:30 to 5:00pm. Pre-Conference workshops will be offered, but all have not been identified at this time. When the Workshops are scheduled, you will have an opportunity to identify which, if any, workshops you would like to attend. There will be no charge for these workshops. Pre-registering for the workshops will, however, enable us to prepare materials and plan meeting room space (see on-line registration form). Conference Registrations and Memberships are accepted:
Campus teams consisting of 5 or more professional (not student) participants are entitled to a registration fee reduction of $50.00/person – off of the professional rate. In order to register a team of participants, please email your request to the Conference Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu and provide her with the names and email addresses of all team members. She will contact you regarding payments options for the group.
IU Faculty Rates: Indiana University Faculty may attend IS-SOTL for a $50.00/person rate reduction.
